"WIN YOUR ACCOMMODATION" CONTEST

Info Latino LLC — New York, Orlando & Miami

This contest (hereinafter, the “Contest”) is organized and administered by Info Latino LLC (hereinafter, the “Organizer”), a limited liability company (LLC) incorporated under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, with its registered legal address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. The company operates legally throughout the territory of the United States, with presence and activity especially in the states of New York and Florida, and serves clients and audiences in Latin American countries, including Chile, Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico.

The Contest is conducted through the official Instagram accounts @infolatinony and @infolatinomiami, and the websites www.infolatinonewyork.com and www.infolatinomiami.com.

This contest is NOT sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., or any other social network or digital platform. All responsibility for the Contest rests solely with the Organizer.

 

The Contest will be active from the official publication date of the post on the Organizer's Instagram accounts until the date indicated in said publication (hereinafter, the “Closing Date”). Entries received outside this period will not be taken into consideration.

The Organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, or cancel the Contest at any time, providing timely notification through its official channels.

 

2.1 Draw Date

The draw for the selection of the three (3) winners, according to the mechanism described in Section 5, will take place on Friday, October 2, 2026 (the “Draw Date”), which also constitutes the ordinary closing date of the Contest participation period, unless the minimum quorum extension provided in Section 2.2 applies.

 

2.2 Minimum participation quorum

For the draw to take place on the Draw Date indicated in Section 2.1, the Contest must have reached, by October 2, 2026, a minimum of one thousand (1,000) valid participants, understood as individuals who have completed all mandatory steps described in Section 3.2 of these Terms (STEP 1 — Follow on Instagram, STEP 2 — Email Subscription, and STEP 3 — Instagram Story).

If this minimum quorum is not reached by October 2, 2026 (first verification date), the Organizer will automatically extend the Contest period by one (1) additional month, i.e., until November 2, 2026 (second verification date), at which time the draw will take place if the quorum has been reached.

If the minimum quorum is still not reached by November 2, 2026, the Organizer will extend the Contest period by two (2) additional weeks, i.e., until November 16, 2026 (third and final verification date).

The Organizer will notify each of these extensions through its official channels (Instagram and websites) as they occur.

 

2.3 Alternative prize due to repeated lack of quorum

If by November 16, 2026 (third verification date indicated in Section 2.2) the Contest also does not reach the minimum quorum of one thousand (1,000) valid participants, the accommodation prize described in Section 4 will be entirely canceled and will not be drawn or awarded under any circumstances.

In its place, the Organizer will draw five (5) “Pro Packs” of travel advisory services, each with a value of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), consisting of: (i) pre-trip advisory and personalized planning for a trip to New York City, and (ii) seven (7) days of WhatsApp support and accompaniment during the winner's stay in New York.

The five (5) Pro Pack winners will be selected through a new random draw among all participants who have validly completed all the steps described in Section 3.2 of these Terms by the original prize cancellation date. This draw will be governed, where applicable, by the same general mechanism established in Section 5.

The Pro Pack is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed, replaced, or compensated for money, credits, points, or any other good or service of any nature. It does not include airfare, accommodation, meals, or any other travel expenses, which are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Organizer will coordinate with each winner the content and specific modality of the advisory service (digital media, calls, messaging, or other channels determined by the Organizer).

 

3.1 Participant Requirements

To validly participate in the Contest, each person must meet ALL of the following requirements:

•       Be over 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of participation.

•       Possess an active and public Instagram account.

•       Not be an employee, direct collaborator, or first-degree family member of the Organizer.

 

3.2 Mandatory steps to participate

Participation in the Contest requires completing all of the following steps. Omission of any of them will automatically invalidate participation:

•       STEP 1 — Follow on Instagram: Follow the official accounts @infolatinony and @infolatinomiami. Both accounts must be followed simultaneously and remain active until the winner selection.

•       STEP 2 — Email Subscription: Subscribe to the Organizer's newsletter using the form available at www.infolatinonewyork.com or www.infolatinomiami.com, using a valid and personal email address.

•       STEP 3 — Instagram Story: Share the contest post in a story on the participant's personal account, tagging @infolatinony and @infolatinomiami. The story must remain visible for at least 24 hours.

 

 

4.1 Single Prize

The Contest will award one (1) single prize consisting of:

•       Accommodation for two (2) people for six (6) nights from April 6, 2027 to April 12, 2027 in one of the following destinations, chosen by the winner: New York (NY), Orlando (FL), or Miami (FL), United States of America.

•       The specific hotel will be selected by the Organizer within the destination chosen by the winner, subject to availability on the agreed dates.

 

4.2 What the prize does NOT include

The prize does NOT include any of the following, which are exclusively the responsibility of the winner:

•       Air, land, or sea tickets or fares.

•       Transfers to/from the airport or other terminals.

•       Food, beverages, or meals, except breakfast if included by default by the hotel.

•       Visa, passport, or other immigration document expenses.

•       Medical or travel insurance.

•       Personal expenses, tips, entertainment, or other unforeseen costs.

•       Taxes, hotel fees, or applicable resort fees.

•       Security deposits, credit card pre-authorization, or any charge held by the hotel at check-in or check-out.

•       Fees for daily use of services (daily resort fee, destination fee, amenity fee, or any similar mandatory charge applied by the establishment per day of stay).

•       Charges for the use of beach or pool towels, chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, or any recreational items of the hotel.

•       Minibar consumption, room service, telephone calls, parking, laundry, spa, gym, or other optional services of the establishment.

•       Damage, breakage, or loss of hotel property for which the guest is responsible during the stay.

•       Any charges, fines, or penalties arising from late cancellation, no-show, or extension of the stay beyond the nights covered by the prize.

•       The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, misplacement or damage to objects, belongings, luggage, documents, money, electronic devices or other personal property of the guest occurring within the hotel premises or its surroundings. Any claims in this regard must be made directly to the hotel establishment and/or the competent authorities.

•       The Organizer is not responsible for physical damage, injuries, accidents, illnesses or any harm that the guest may suffer as a result of facilities, services, products or activities offered by the hotel during the stay. Responsibility to the guest falls exclusively and directly on the hotel establishment as the service provider.

•       Local, municipal or state taxes applied directly to the guest by the establishment that are not included in the base accommodation rate.

 

4.3 Prize Conditions

•       The prize is non-transferable, cannot be transferred to third parties, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, replaced or compensated for money, credits, points or other goods or services of any kind.

•       Accommodation dates are fixed and unchangeable: April 6 to 12, 2027 (6 nights). The winner must check-in on April 6, 2027 and check-out on April 12, 2027, with no possibility of modifying, bringing forward or extending these dates under any circumstances.

•       Consequently, the tickets that the winner must provide must be compatible with round trips between April 6 and 12, 2027.

•       The prize does not allow for postponement, rescheduling or change of dates by the winner. If the winner cannot attend on the established dates for any reason, including force majeure, they will automatically lose the right to the prize, without generating any right to compensation, reimbursement or claim against the Organizer.

•       The Organizer is not responsible for the availability of airline tickets or their prices on the indicated dates. The acquisition of tickets is the sole responsibility of the winner.

Three (3) participants will be selected in order of precedence: Winner No. 1 (principal), Winner No. 2 (first alternate) and Winner No. 3 (second alternate), by random drawing among all participants who have validly completed all the steps described in Section 3.2 of these Terms.

The drawing will be conducted by the Info Latino LLC internal team using a digital random selection tool. The process may be broadcast live or recorded and published on the Organizer's social media.

The three (3) selected individuals will be notified simultaneously at the time of the drawing, but the right to the prize will be activated in order of precedence according to the mechanism established in Section 6.

 

6.1 Notification methods

The three (3) selected individuals will be notified via:

•       Mention or tag on the official Instagram accounts @infolatinony and @infolatinomiami.

•       Direct message (DM) via Instagram from the Organizer's official accounts.

•       Email to the address provided at the time of subscription.

 

6.2 Mandatory Condition: Ticket Accreditation

The effective delivery of the accommodation is conditioned on the winner proving that they have purchased tickets (air, land, or sea, as applicable) to the chosen destination, on dates compatible with the reserved accommodation.

WITHOUT THE PRESENTATION OF PURCHASED TICKETS, THE ACCOMMODATION WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This condition is non-negotiable and admits no exceptions.

 

6.3 Order of Precedence and Deadlines

The prize will be awarded strictly following the order below:

 

WINNER N°1 (Principal):

•       Will be notified first and will have five (5) calendar days from notification to present the Organizer with confirmation of purchase of their tickets to the chosen destination, on dates compatible with the accommodation.

•       If they present valid tickets within this period, the accommodation will be transferred to them and the process concludes.

•       If the five (5) day period expires without the tickets being presented, they automatically and definitively lose the right to the prize, without the possibility of appeal or extension.

 

WINNER N°2 (First Alternate):

•       Once the deadline for Winner No. 1 has expired without the tickets being presented, the Organizer will notify Winner No. 2.

•       Winner No. 2 will have five (5) calendar days from their own notification to present purchased tickets on dates compatible with the accommodation.

•       If they present valid tickets within the period, the accommodation will be transferred to them and the process concludes.

•       If the deadline expires without the tickets being presented, they automatically lose the right to the prize.

 

WINNER N°3 (Second Alternate):

•       Once the deadline for Winner No. 2 has expired, the Organizer will notify Winner No. 3.

•       Winner No. 3 will have five (5) calendar days from their own notification to present purchased tickets on dates compatible with the accommodation.

•       If they present valid tickets, the accommodation will be transferred to them.

•       If the deadline expires without the tickets being presented, they automatically lose the right to the prize.

 

6.4 Forfeited Prize

If all three (3) selected individuals fail to present their tickets within their respective deadlines, the prize will be declared forfeited. The Organizer will then be free to dispose of the accommodation for its own use, reserve it for future contests, or for any other purpose it deems appropriate, without generating any right to claim by the participants.

 

 

6.5 How to Accredit Tickets

Tickets must be presented by sending the following documentation to the Organizer through its official channels:

•       Purchase confirmation issued by the airline, transport company or travel agency, including: passenger name, origin, destination, travel date and reservation number or confirmation code.

•       Travel dates must be compatible with the accommodation period (April 6, 2027 to April 12, 2027). The Organizer will verify the authenticity of the documentation and reserves the right to request additional information in case of reasonable doubt.

 

The Organizer will NEVER request bank details, passwords, or any prior payment as a condition for delivering the prize. Any communication requesting this should be reported as fraud.

 

Prior to the transfer of accommodation, the winner must present the following documentation to the Organizer:

•       Valid identification document showing full name and date of birth (passport, ID card, driver's license or equivalent).

•       Purchase confirmation of tickets as stipulated in Section 6.5.

•       Evidence of fulfilling all participation steps (screenshots or other means to the Organizer's satisfaction).

•       Active email address for logistical coordination of the prize.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner if any participation step is found to have been carried out fraudulently, automatically, or contrary to these Terms.

 

The following are excluded from participating in the Contest:

•       Employees, contractors, direct and indirect collaborators of the Organizer and their relatives up to the first degree of consanguinity.

•       Persons under 18 years of age.

•       Persons using fake accounts, bots, automated software, or any method that artificially manipulates entries.

•       Persons who publish offensive, discriminatory, violent content, or content that violates Instagram's terms and conditions.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify and/or block any participant who engages in fraudulent conduct, spam, or conduct contrary to these Terms, without prior notice.

 

By participating in the Contest, the participant authorizes the Organizer to:

•       Collect and store their Instagram username and email address for the sole purpose of managing the Contest and sending communications related to it.

•       Publish the winner's username on the Organizer's social media and websites.

•       Send marketing communications to the subscribed email, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

Personal data will not be sold, assigned, or shared with third parties unrelated to the Organizer, except when expressly required by law. Data handling is governed by the Organizer's Privacy Policy available on its websites.

In compliance with applicable privacy regulations in the State of New York and Florida, participants have the right to request access, rectification, or deletion of their data by contacting the Organizer through its official channels.

 

The Organizer owns all rights to the name, logos, images, and content of the Contest.

Participants declare that the content they publish within the framework of the Contest (stories, comments, etc.) is their own work and does not infringe third-party rights, thus releasing the Organizer from any claims in this regard.

 

The Organizer shall not be liable for:

•       Technical failures, internet outages, Instagram errors, or any other inconvenience beyond its control that prevents participation.

•       Entries not received, incomplete, or that do not meet all established requirements.

•       Damages, losses, or harms arising from the use or inability to use the prize.

•       Weather, health, immigration, or any other conditions that affect the winner's enjoyment of the accommodation.

•       Changes in hotel availability beyond the Organizer's control, in which case reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative.

 

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time and for any reason, including force majeure events, without this generating any right to compensation for participants.

Any modification to these Terms will be published on the Organizer's official accounts and websites with due anticipation.

 

This Contest, its Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, the state of incorporation of Info Latino LLC, and subsidiarily by the federal laws of the United States of America. Regarding the operations and execution of the Contest in New York and Florida, the local laws of said states will apply where pertinent.

Any controversy arising from the Contest will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Wyoming or, at the Organizer's discretion, in the State of New York or Florida, as applicable. The parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

This contest is not a lottery and no purchase is required to participate. No financial contribution is required or accepted.

 

Participation in the Contest implies full, express, and unconditional acceptance of all these Terms and Conditions by the participant. Those who do not agree with any of the provisions established herein must refrain from participating.
